We tend to base our lives on past experiences and confuse our identity with other people’s opinions and the roles we play. Being disconnected from our true identity keeps us stuck in a variety of self-created trances we don’t even realize we are in. Some of the clues to look for are: feeling powerless, not good enough, depressed, lonely, scared, anxious, hopeless and unable to cope with life. Access Wisdom Counseling is a unique blend of practical, psychological, and spiritual counseling primarily designed to empower the client to break free of these trances and discover their true identity (authentic self).
